These T&Cs apply to the order process on the site, to any use of the services offered on the site, and/or to all sales of products concluded by Starify from www.starify.eu with Customers, whether individuals or professionals.
Starify reserves the right to modify these T&Cs.
Our shipping department can send products to physical addresses or PO boxes located within Europe. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Please make sure the address is correct, regardless of how you place your order, before completing your purchase. Starify will not be liable for any delivery made to an incorrect address.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been accepted. Starify reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of a dispute with the Customer on a previous order. Starify may accept orders within the limit of available stock. Starify informs the Customer of the availability of the Products sold on the Site at the time the order is confirmed. If, despite Starify's diligence, the products are unavailable, Starify will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel the order and, if applicable, be refunded any amounts already paid. Permanent or temporary unavailability cannot under any circumstances give rise to liability for Starify, nor entitle the Customer to any compensation or damages.
The colors and images of our products as they appear on the site are not contractual.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer, and to reduce or cancel quantities purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any order that, in our sole judgment, appears to come from merchants, resellers or distributors.
Prices displayed on the Site are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be shown in the Customer's cart before the final order is placed.
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders confirmed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. All delivery times are estimated from the date the order leaves our processing center. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Starify cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen once shipment to the address indicated in the order has been confirmed. On request only, Starify can confirm the shipment to the address indicated, including date, tracking and carrier information, to help the customer investigate.
If a parcel is returned to Starify due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs related to the return and re-delivery of the goods. Starify cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
When customer orders are ready to be shipped, customers receive a shipping confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed and arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. The confirmation email contains the shipping details and tracking number. To track your order, visit the carrier's website.
Pursuant to article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized.

We do not guarantee that the results will be accurate or reliable. The Customer expressly agrees that their use of the Service, or their inability to use it, is at their sole risk.
Starify cannot be held liable for any malfunction affecting the proper operation of the product offered, where this does not result from Starify's actions but is caused by use that does not comply with the product's intended purpose or by lack of maintenance.
Any complaint or request for information regarding the Products or Services must be sent to Starify through the Site via the "Contact" section, or by email at: contact@starify.eu.
Website creation is a one-off service invoiced at the price agreed with the Client and shown in their Starify account before payment. Payment is requested when the Client approves the publication of their website; the website is published as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The website is built from the information and files provided by the Client, who warrants holding the rights to them. One round of changes is included before publication.
Website hosting, domain name included, and professional mailboxes are subscriptions taken out at publication, billed monthly or yearly at the Client's choice (the yearly subscription carries a 10% discount). Prices are exclusive of tax; the applicable VAT is added at payment.
The subscription renews automatically at each term, charged to the payment method on file. The Client may update their payment method and cancel at any time from the "Billing" section of their account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, with no pro-rata refund.
If a payment fails, Starify informs the Client and retries. At the end of the current period if not renewed, or after cancellation, the website and the mailboxes are switched off. Until that date the Client can download a full copy of the website from their account and must back up the content of their mailboxes. The domain name, registered in the Client's name, remains theirs.
Every payment produces an electronic invoice, issued through Starify's accredited invoicing platform and available in the "Billing" section of the Client's account. Invoices are made out to the name and billing details given by the Client at payment; keeping them up to date is the Client's responsibility.
